  • Carbon Composite Technician – Manufacturing
    The Carbon Composite Technician, will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams and will perform a wide variety of hands on composite fabrication and assembly tasks.Key responsibilities and manufacturing tasks of the role will include, preparing composite materials, using a variety of techniques and processes, abrading, vapour blasting, precision trimming, bonding, and general assembly. You will be responsible for the housekeeping and monitoring of your own area, checking stock levels and ensuring consistent part availability.Essential skills include; having composite bonding and abrading experience, a high level understanding of bonding and surface preparation processes, and experience of using a wide range of hand/air tools.Desirable skills include; experience of automotive/carbon product quality assurance systems (5S, TPM, KPI’s) and the ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Engineer – Design, Manufacturing
    The key purpose of this role is to deliver efficient manufacturing engineering design solutions for internal and external customers.Key responsibilities of the role will include, the generation of 2D and 3D CAD designs for the manufacture of Jigs and Fixtures and the creation of BOM, Family tree and release documentation. You will also be supporting idea generation and problem resolution through day to day working and structured Design reviews.Essential skills include; having a HNC, HND or Degree in a relevant engineering subject, advanced CAD skills (Catia V5), excellent problem solving abilities and 3D spatial awareness. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of design process tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP & GD&T) along with a flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team.Desirable skills include; having hands on engineering experience and knowledge of checking fixtures, Jigs & Fixture Design
  • Paint Prepper & Polisher Technician – Manufacturing
    The key purpose of this role is to prepare and polish carbon fibre parts to a high quality standard ensuring excellent products as an end result.The role will include preparing the carbon parts for lacquering whilst inspecting and polishing the parts maintaining H&S standards. You will be responsible for preparing all the parts ready for primer to the correct standard, ensuring any problems which may cause the part to be no good are identified; this includes inspecting components for any damages or imperfections. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative working to a high standard.Essential skills include experience within a prep/polish motor body repair industry or motor sport.The desirable candidate will ideally have experience working with composite parts.
